Return Eligibility
- Original Condition: The wig must be in its original, unaltered state.
- Packaging & Tags: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still intact and attached.
- Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, any product that shows signs of wear, styling, or alteration cannot be accepted for a return.
No Exchanges
Please note that From Hair 2 Hair does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order through our online store.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as From Hair 2 Hair is not responsible for items lost or delayed by the carrier.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in our quality control, but if you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product:
- You must contact us at info@fromhair2hair.com within 3 days of receipt.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Note: Due to the nature of human hair, slight variations in texture and colour are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow for standard banking processing times for the credit to appear on your statement.
Processing Times
All standard orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery
We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- Standard Shipping: Generally delivered within 3 – 5 business days after processing.
- Next Day Delivery: Available for urgent orders:
- Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
Shipping Limitations
From Hair 2 Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, etc.) or for any customs/import duties applied to international orders.
